The Mistress tells the story of Sari (Bea Alonzo), an optimistic suit maker who works hard for her large family. When she meets JD (John Lloyd Cruz), a drop-dead-gorgeous hotshot architect, she strongly rebuffs his offers for a date. What JD does not know is that Sari is a secret mistress of a rich benefactor named Rico Torres (Ronaldo Valdez).

Enteng Kabisote (Vic Sotto) wants to retire as the perennial hero of Engkantasya and have a normal life with his family without the magical elements. Ina Montecillo (Ai-Ai delas Alas) longs to have the right partner to be with her for the rest of her life.

One day, Enteng is placed under a powerful evil spell by Engkantasya’s evil fairy Satana to fall in love with another woman. And when he meets Ina, he exerts all the effort Ina to fall for him. Ina, on the other hand, slowly opens her heart for this new opportunity of love.

Enteng then tries his best to be a father to Ina’s children even if they are not fully supportive of him. But when their relationship gets serious, Ina discovers the truth – Enteng already has a family.

CI5 (Criminal Intelligence 5) is a fictional British law enforcement department, instructed by the home secretary to use any means to deal with crimes of a serious nature that go beyond the capacity of the police, but are not tasks for the security service or military.

The choice of name CI5 is possibly inspired by Criminal Investigation Department and MI5. The premise allowed the programme-makers to involve a wide variety of villains including terrorists, hit-men, racist groups and espionage suspects, with plots sometimes relating to the cold war. Led by the formidable George Cowley (Jackson), CI5 is known for using unconventional and sometimes illegal methods to beat criminals, or as Cowley put it "Fight fire with fire!" The use of a fictitious force in this context was somewhat less controversial than the portrayal of the real flying squad on The Sweeney.

Seth’s father Odong is sick and is not able to walk because of a stroke. Seth brought her father to Manang Elsa, a faith healer, to ask for help. She went to the place and saw many people were there to be medicated. It was Odong’s turn to be healed and Manang Elsa touched him. She prescribed some herbal for his medication to take. When they were leaving the place, someone fainted inside and was immediately brought inside the house. Seth and his father went home. Seth’s housemaid Alma has a small party and Seth was tired so she went to her room and slept.

Emily Anderson, the daughter of a wealthy businessman, arrives in Miami with aspirations of becoming a professional contemporary dancer. However, she soon falls in love with Sean, a young man who leads a dance crew in elaborate, cutting-edge flash mobs. The crew, called the MOB, strives to win a contest on Youtube for most hits for a major sponsorship opportunity, but Emily's father threatens to destroy the MOB's historic neighborhood and the entire community to build a large hotel, in the process displacing thousands of people. Emily bands together with Sean and the MOB to turn their performance art into protest art or risk losing their homes and jobs due to Emily's father's project. They succeed in making Bill Anderson not break their area, thus saving their crew and the neighborhood.
